Winter Air Pistol Team Our program is individualized and is based on the NRA/Winchester Qualification
Program We have club guns, pellets, glasses, everything they need - we just need a Kid and a smile BB Gun Program 2010 Sign-ups will once again be coming up on December 19 which will be held at the Palmyra Borough Building from 9 am-11 am. This program is open to all boys and girls ages 8-15 years of age. I have been asked in the past about 6 or 7 year olds....Folks this course does require reading and learning a lot of bookwork. These kids are not handed a gun and told to go shoot it. So an age was established many, many years ago. The program was created by Daisy and they supply the materials including the bookwork. Youth Archery Development Program sign-ups will be held at Field Day this year.
If parents are unable to make it to
Field Day, they can send an email to EdDavies30@verizon.net
for inquiry. This is the beginner
program that helps students develop the archery skills necessary to move up to
the Youth Archery Team. The team boasts
4 PA State Championships at this time, as well as PA Regional Champions. The
Youth Archery team will begin meeting Wednesday, December 14, 2011. Try outs for the team will be in
November. Dates will be announced later. JOAD Sign-ups will also be held at Field Day Oct 9, 2011. Previous JOAD shooters that will be coming back should sign-up also, so we know how many new shooters we can handle. We can only handle a total of 30 shooters. Smallbore and Air Rifle Programs We currently have one of the best youth smallbore (22 Cal.) and Air Rifle programs in the nation. Our program is open to anyone interested in learning to shoot.
